This privacy policy applies to Lingkhar Lodge. We are the data controller for information you share with us through this website, at the front desk, in correspondence, or during a stay.

What we collect

To take a reservation we collect your name, contact details, dates of stay, room preference, and payment information. Visit Lingkhar Lodge in person and you will additionally share an ID document at check-in (a legal requirement of the Royal Government of Bhutan).

How long we keep it

We retain reservation records for the period required by tax and tourism regulations.
